We are currently looking for a:

Technical Sales Representative Northern Europe

 

Reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for developing your area in Northern Europe, working closely with technical, marketing, and R&D teams.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

-       Developing and managing your market: structuring and growing sales in Northern Europe, particularly targeting players in greenhouse production and controlled environment agriculture (CEA, high-tech greenhouses).

-       Providing high-level technical expertise: supporting growers and partners in optimizing varietal performance (yield, quality, adaptation to specific growing systems), in close collaboration with internal technical teams.

-       Deploying and promoting varietal innovation: leading the launch of new varieties under real conditions (trials, platforms, demonstrations), highlighting their performance in controlled environments.

-       Building and engaging a network of influence: developing long-term relationships with growers, distributors, technicians, advisors, and key market stakeholders.

-       Ensuring active technical and market monitoring: tracking developments in production systems (LED, hydroponics, vertical farming…), analyzing competitors, and identifying growth opportunities.

-       Representing the company in the field: participating in trade shows, technical events, trial visits, and industry gatherings.

Profil

·         You have solid experience in plant production and/or in the sales of seeds or plant material

·         You are fluent in professional English (mandatory); French is a plus, and you are willing to travel frequently across Northern Europe.

·         You are an excellent communicator, comfortable with negotiation, and focused on building long-term partnerships

·         You are driven by the development of new markets and thrive in international environments

·         You have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy teamwork, and are able to work autonomously

·         You are proactive, well-organized, and enjoy taking initiative
